Well, that’s that then, 2011 is no more. Another despicable year that brought some of us deeply unpopular, could-have-gone-better, belt tightening and bailouts, royal weddings, Osama and Amy Winehouse. Phew!
However, it was also the year that brought you Defeat Difficulty, my blog serving as a reassuring voice of sanity and reason in uncertain times, a voice which reverberated through each post, metaphorically standing resolutely in the doorway of sanity, holding back all the unpleasantness and showing you all the nice, yummy, frilly stuff instead.
But thankfully now all that horror of 2011 is over, and we have much to look forward too this year. So, brand new year, brand new posts, brand new blog, brand new regime, brand new you - we’re off to a roaring start already.
